Do you ship worldwide?
I ship to most countries. If your country is not available in the shipping options during checkout please message me, and we can try to figure something out together.
All items are carefully packaged by me in a sturdy cardboard box or envelope.
Shipping costs are automatically calculated by weight and items cannot be bundled for a "flat fee." Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout.
How long do you need to process my order?
I need 3-5 working to package your order. My shipping days are Friday and Monday. As soon as your order is shipped you’ll receive a notification with the tracking information.
Customs and import taxes
I ship all of my products from my studio in Germany. Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
Damaged, lost and returned items
I am not responsible for damage by USPS, Canada Post, and all other national mail carriers. In the case of damage during shipping please contact me immediately so we can figure out a solution together.
Once your order has shipped, your tracking number is the only source of information.
I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or packages marked "delivered." Addresses cannot be changed after placing your order, please ensure you have used the correct information.
If your order is returned to me due to an address change, customs charges were unpaid or it was not picked up from the post office, you will receive a product refund.
This refund will not include the original shipping cost or any shipping charges I paid for the return. No exceptions.
If you would like your order to be resent, you must pay shipping again.
Cancellations
You can request a cancellation within 12 hours of your purchase.

Returns
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
Items must be in their original shrink wrap and packaging. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Items returned due to "change of heart" will not have any shipping costs reimbursed. Returns are at the purchaser's expense.
The item
must have arrived back in its original condition before your purchase
will be refunded. You will only receive a refund for the product cost.
Shipping will not be reimbursed.
To initiate a return contact me within 7 days of delivery, and ship the items back within 14 days of delivery, so that they’ll arrive back in my studio within 30 days of the original shipping date.
